30 Day Abs Challenge is a simple, easy to follow exercise plan for your core. The Routine has been designed by ROC Personal Training, to ensure you have the best Core workout possible. Each day you will be shown what exercises you need to complete, how many reps and the app manages your circuits for you. At the start of each day you will see an Introduction video presented by ROC Personal Trainings very own Ross Cracknell. Once you have watched the introduction video, all you need to do is slide each exercise to the left to view a tuition video (Taught by ROC Personal Training), and also read written instructions, to ensure you are working your core as the routine intends you to.

The 30 Day Plan has been put together by Ross who has designed it so everyday you hit all areas of your core, top, bottom and sides. This is vitally important to ensure youre not just targeting one specific area.

Each exercise has a video demonstration to go with it. These videos will show the correct technique along with teaching points to avoid injuries and also ways in which to the make the exercises more challenging. These videos are taught by ROC Personal Training, and demonstrated on Luci, who has completed the ROC Personal Training 30 Day Abs Challenge.

Also included are stretches that will improve your posture. These are really important and should be a part of everyones daily routine to avoid bad posture and injury.

Each daily challenge should take no longer than 10-15 minutes, and we have designed it this way to ensure you can complete your daily class at any point in your day.

Really helps to do the exercises everyday. And the result is really amazing! Includes many different exercises for all groups of muscles. One little problem: after 30 days when hitting "reset challenge" the program closes, reset doesnt work.
This ab does a great job of switching exercises daily and incorporating the demonstrations right into the workout. Great for someone like me with a short attention span who doesnt like the apps that just have you do more of the same. Only thing I would change is having the exercise list in the same order as the beginning video. Love it!
I love this app! All of the other apps just tell me to do the same thing and it eats boring and gets to easy but this one.,. It changes up and helps you understand how to do the skillāœŒ
I love this app and I would recommend it to anyone. but I logged out of my account by accident and I forgot my password, is there anyway I can figure that out by using my email???

Some bad moments

Worked perfectly. Till I upgraded to the latest version. Now it freezes before i can log in.
This app is a very good way for people who have never done ab workouts or who havent been working out their abs lately. It is not for athletes who already have an ab program. However, for its target market it does very well. There are very informative videos the describe exactly what you need to do for each exercise. These videos are live action with real people doing the exercises. The interface if very clean, though you have to do all of the exercise groups in the order the app wants. Also, when you finish a set you need to shake the device to move on, which is kind of strange. Overall, for beginners looking to learn some new ab workouts this is a really great app.
I like this app. I use it. But! You should fix visual bugs in UI. Thanx!
I want a 30 day abs program because I broke my ankle. Day 2 of this one included plank jacks so I deleted it. I had another program that I can do without modifying, if I can get it to work; if not Ill keep looking. This app has a nice look and helpful videos but the sound wouldnt play for me no matter how high the volume. So I also only kind of completed Day 1 because I had no idea how long to hold the plank. I like that this app seemed more varied, not a small number of moves that you just increase to ridiculous repetitions. I would try it again in the future when I can use both feet.

The workout vids r easy to follow. It doesnt take too much time and the reminders to do the workouts r great. I would recommend it to anyone
